本次接觸行程的重要性與顛覆性，目前僅次於被稱為「偉大之旅」的第 31 次接觸中的宇宙之旅，報告中經歷的過程仍是匪夷所思，談話內容十分精采且篇幅甚長，其中 Semjase 與 Billy 除了進行了一次實際上耗時兩天的「時光之旅」，但 Pejaren 運用時間偏移的科技方式，使在地球上的時間顯示，只過去了兩個小時；而在空間上則跨越了不同的維度，他們乘坐飛船去到「原始蠻荒世界」（恐龍的時代）遊歷了一番，後來還與 Ptaah 會面，並進入了所謂「第三世界」（比目前地球先進約五百年），共同記錄了不可思議的時空經歷。在旅途中他們還談到許多重要的話題，特將重點摘要如下：
一、《聖經》上的「上帝耶和華」（the Lord Jehovah）（甚至 Semjase 還畫了他的畫像），實際上是一個非常惡毒且權利欲甚高的所謂「智慧之王」。
二、地球上（當時）有多少真正接觸過外星人的人數，以及通過心電感應接收外星人訊號的地球人之精確數字；至於目擊過 UFO 的人，可能接近十億人（是當時地球人口的三分之一）。
三、有91% 訪問地球的外星生命都是人形生命，只是外表有點點不同。有些身高能到 4.5 公尺，而有些只有 40 公分高。但是還是看的出他們的人形。有些像雪人，有些像獨眼巨人等等。
四、銀河系有很多外星生命在幾千年前就訪問過地球，而這些生命是我們的直接祖先的後代，只有極少的是其他形式的生命，而大部分是人類的形式。據精確統計，只有 0.57% 的外星訪客會接觸人類。不過，這項統計要排除那些來自宇宙深處，過去曾經在人類歷史中駐留過的外星生命。
五、在美國加州沙斯塔山地下深處裡面的小城市，居住著古老外星生命的後裔。這是個很了不起的種族，愛好和平且心地善良，但是他們很擔心被地球人發現。而這個種族不止住在沙斯塔山，在很早以前，他們分成了三個小群體，而另外兩群，目前住在阿留申群島與阿拉斯加未被發現的地下深處，整個族群的人數，大約有七百人。
六、人類是宇宙深處，一些從各方面進化程度很高的人形生命的後代，因此，人類進化的比例很勻稱；宇宙中就算是進化的很高級的生命，外表也不會更加完美。
七、在很早的時候，當地球人類的間接祖先創造他們的時候，他們的平均年齡在一千歲左右；但是他們很快就墮入到宗教的信仰中，被錯誤的教導，而很快就遠離了真正的知識和真相，這些因素導致人類壽命逐漸減少，數千年後，只到了以前的 1/20。而當新世紀來臨時，有一種明顯的好轉，人類的壽命逐漸在延長，主要的原因在於對真相的認識，以及由正面的進化所影響，因此對真相的認識越多，壽命則越長。
