本次接觸是在非常特殊的狀況下進行的，Billy因為當天身體不適，所以並沒有離開他的住家，而是透過一種“思想傳輸”的方式，與Semjase以及Quetzal交流對話，然而交流談話得內容一樣精彩重要。報告篇幅不少，現將重點摘要如下：
一、對話中段部分，Quetzal談到吉薩精靈以及阿斯塔．謝蘭集團等的外星組織，他們在地球上從事一些陰謀活動。然而，在1975年（本次接觸時間）Quetzal對外星人Aruseak，也就是「阿斯塔．謝蘭」的情況並沒有完整的瞭解，並對他的誠信問題仍然存在一個極大的疑問。
二、在接下來的部分（占全篇幅的三分之二，是之前的英譯版本所沒有的），Semjase首先向Billy透漏了一份真正與外星人接觸過（包括實體與心靈、正常或被迫）的地球人名單，雖然並不完整，但其中的一些人卻頗具玩味。

四、在談到“真實幻象”（realvision）這個名詞時，Semjase為了向Billy舉實例，還特別運用這種技術，讓Billy直接以為他到了她的飛船上（其實他還好端端的坐在家中）。
五、最精采的部分，是在談到百慕達三角這個話題時，提到：那裡有幾個世界和幾個維度，而其中一個世界是我們這個世界的平行世界，通過「維度門」，將到達一個不同維度地球的或世界，在這個維度中，太陽系內存在著這三個不同發展階段的地球。

It must have improved a bit during the last night, but really only very little. But it was probably only because of the sleep, because now it is as before again. I would like to be clear about that. These are your specifications regarding the Ashtar Sheran. Either you did not give me full details, or you were halfway oriented. There's something wrong with this, because last night I learned things that just cannot be rhymed. That's one question, and I have a few others. But the first one is the most important one for me at the moment.

5. Every life form is subject to the change of progressive evolution, subsequently it collects cognitions and truth.

27. Thereby they became renegades, as also were their models, who now from their side, had to seek new ways to realise their wishes for power.

28. They found these ways then also through Kamagol the First, who succeeded Jehovah, who had assumed the name of an JHWH.
