151) Wenn ihr Gerechte (Verantwortungsvolle) und Wahrheitswissende seid, dann liebt ihr wohl jene, welche sich als eure Feinde wähnen, weil sie sich selbst als eure Feinde betrachten, ihr sie aber nicht, aber sie lieben euch trotzdem nicht; die sich selbst als eure Feinde sehen, ihr sie aber nicht, ihr liebt sie, denn ihr handelt in Liebe nach der Wahrheitslehre, die da lehrt, dass alle Eures gleichen (Menschen) einander als Euresgleichen (Menschen) in Gleichheit (gleichgestellt) sind; die sich als eure Feinde wähnen, lieben euch aber nicht, sondern sie betrügen euch, denn sie geben euch vor, dass sie der Wahrheit zugetan seien, doch sie sind es nicht, und wenn sie allein sind, dann beissen sie sich vor Zorn gegen euch in ihre Fingerspitzen; und lieber sterben sie in ihrem Zorn gegen euch, als dass sie ihre Feindschaft und ihren Zorn und Hass gegen euch in sich auflösen.
151) If you are fair ones (responsible ones) and ones knowing of the truth, then you doubtless love those who believe themselves to be your enemies, because they consider themselves as your enemies although you are not theirs, but they do not love you nevertheless; the ones who see themselves as your enemies, but you do not see them as yours, you love them because you act in love in accordance with the truthteaching which teaches that all people of your kind (human beings) are equivalent (equal) to one another as people of your kind (human beings); those who believe themselves to be your enemies do not love you however, rather they are deceiving you because they pretend to you that they are connected to the truth although they are not, and when they are alone then they gnaw their fingertips in rage against you; and they would prefer to die in their rage against you than to resolve their enmity and their rage and hatred against you in themselves.
151) 如果你是公正負責，知曉真理的人，那麼你會毫不懷疑地去愛那些與你為敵的人，雖然你不是他們的敵人，但是他們認為自己是你的敵人，而不會愛你們；他們自認為是你們的敵人，而你們卻不這樣看，你們依照真理的教導去愛他們，真理教導我們所有人類都是平等的；那些認為自己是你們敵人的人不會愛你們，他們會欺騙你們，因為他們向你們裝作是與真理連接但是他們不是，當他們單獨的時候會由於對你們的憤怒而啃著自己的手指頭；他們寧願死在對你們的憤怒裡也不願意化解他們心中對你們的敵意、憤怒和憎恨。
152) Wahrlich, wenn euch etwas Gutes widerfährt, dann schmerzt es jene, welche sich als eure Feinde wähnen, doch widerfährt euch etwas Böses, dann frohlocken sie darob und lachen; doch seid trotz ihres Tuns standhaft und redlich und achtet sie als Euresgleichen (Menschen), und umfasst sie mit Liebe, dann werden ihre Ränke euch nicht schaden.
152) Truly, if something good happens to you then it pains those who believe that they are your enemies, but if something evil happens to you then they rejoice over it and laugh; but remain steadfast and upright in spite of their doings and esteem them as people of your kind (human beings) and embrace them with love, then their intrigues will not harm you.
152) 真的，如果你們遇到什麼好事，那麼那些自認為是你們敵人的人會很痛苦，但是如果你們遭遇什麼不幸，他們則會拍手稱快；但是無論他們怎麼做，請保持堅定正直，並且如同自己人一樣尊重他們，帶著愛去包容他們，這樣他們的詭計就不會傷害到你。
153) Bedenkt, wenn ihr des Morgens früh aufsteht und aus eurem Haus geht, dass ihr stets freundlich und gut zu euch selbst seid, wie auch zu all jenen, denen ihr begegnet und mit denen ihr zu tun habt, auf dass weder ihr noch sonst jemand sich über euch errege.reflect upon.
153) Consider that when you get up early in the morning and go out of your house that you shall always be friendly and good to yourselves, as well as to all those whom you meet and with whom you have doings, so that neither you nor anyone else may fall into agitation about you.
153) 當你們早晨起來，從你們住所裡走出來，你應該總是友善地對待你自己，你遇到的人，這樣，無論你還是任何其他人都不會對你而感到焦慮。
154) Sinnt niemals nach Jämmerlichherzigkeit (Feigheit), sondern seid immer aufrecht, gewagt (wage mutig) und freudig, auf dass ihr euch selbst Kraft gebt und euch die andern achten und ehren.
154) Never reflect upon chickenheartedness (cowardice), but always be upright, daring (bold) and joyful so that you give yourselves power and the others respect and honour you.
154) 千萬不要怯懦，而總要正直，有膽量和快樂，這樣你就能給你自己力量，其他人也會尊重你，以你為榮。
155) Seid niemals der Jämmerlichherzigkeit (Feigheit) zugetan, sondern steht euch selbst allzeit bei in grosser Tapferkeit, auf dass ihr niemals schwach werdet in irgendwelchen Dingen und auf dass ihr euch selbst als Beschützer nehmt in allen Dingen, so ihr euch selbst dankbar sein mögt.
155) Never be connected to chickenheartedness (cowardice), but always stand by yourselves with great bravery, so that you may never be weak in any things and so that you may take yourselves as protectors in all things, so you may be thankful to yourselves.
155) 千萬不要做怯懦的事，而總是應該讓自己充滿勇氣，這樣你就不會在任何方面軟弱，你就能夠在任何方面保護自己，你會對自己充滿感激。
156) Es genügt euch nicht, dass die Propheten euch Zeichen (Beweise) und die Lehre der Wahrheit bringen, da ihr doch euren erdichteten (erfundenen) Göttern und Götzen mit falschen Lehren nacheifert und ihr euch von deren Priestern und sonstigen Dienern (Handlangern) verbissen irreführen lasst und glaubt, dass euer Gott oder Götze euch Befreier (Engel) herabsende, die euch zu Hilfe kommen sollen, wenn ihr mit jenen in einer Schlacht (Krieg) fechtet, die ihr zu euren Feinden erhoben habt.
156) It is not sufficient for you that the prophets bring you signs (evidence) and the teaching of the truth, since you are striving with false teachings to be like your fabulated (invented) gods and tin gods and you obstinately allow yourselves to be led into confusion by their priests and other servants (hands/helpers), believing that your god or tin gods are sending liberators (angels) down to you who shall come to your aid when you are fighting in a battle (war) with those whom you have raised up as your enemies.
156) 因為你於錯誤的教導裡，先知帶給你們的證據和真理的教導是遠遠不夠的，你頑固的讓牧師和其他人員把你帶入困惑之中，去相信當你在戰場上與你的敵人作戰的時候，你的神會派天使下來給你幫助。
157) Und so ihr euch Feinde schafft, so kommen sie über euch in wilder Hast, doch es werden von keinem eurer Götter und Götzen aus den Wolken (vom Himmel) stürmende Befreier (Engel) kommen, die euch zu Hilfe eilen, denn Befreier (Engel) von Göttern und Götzen sind ebenso von Euresgleichen (Menschen) erdichtete (erfundene) wesenlose Gestalten wie die Götter und Götzen selbst.
157) And as you make enemies for yourselves, so they come over you in reckless haste, but no liberators (angels) will come storming out of the clouds (from the firmament) from your gods and tin gods in order to hurry to your aid, because liberators (angels) from gods and tin gods are just as much fabulated (invented), unsubstantial formations by people of your kind (human beings) as are the gods and tin gods themselves.
157) 並且，當你給自己製造敵人的時候，他們會不顧一切地撲向你，但是不會有你們的神派來的天使從雲裡沖出來幫你，因為神明偶像派來的天使就和神明偶像本身一樣是由你們人類虛構出來的不實際的東西。
158) Also sollt ihr euch auf die wahrliche Wahrheit einrichten, wie sie euch durch die Lehre der Propheten gegeben ist, so ihr deren frohe Botschaft in euch aufnehmen mögt, damit ihr euch in eurer Absicht und Betrach tung (Sinnen und Trachten) in eurer Innenwelt (Bewusstsein) be ruhigt; und wahrlich, wenn euch Hilfe in irgendwelchen Dingen zuteil wird, dann kommt sie von euch allein, denn was euch selbst anbetrifft, seid ihr die Mächtigen und die, die ihr Wissen und Weisheit in euch erschaffen müsst.
158) Therefore you shall arrange yourselves according to the real truth as is given to you by the teaching of the prophets, so that you may accept their joyful message in yourselves in order to calm yourselves in your inner world (consciousness) in your intention and consideration (reflexions and strivings); and truly, if help is given to you in any things, then it comes from you alone because as far as you are concerned you are the mighty ones and those who have to create knowledge and wisdom in yourselves.
158) 因此你應該依照先知所教導你們的真正的真理來行動，這樣你會接受來自他們歡樂的資訊，讓意圖和願望在自己的意識回歸平靜；真的，如果你能夠得到任何幫助的話，它們是來自你們自己，因為就你們來說，你們是強大的生命體，也是給你們自己知識和智慧的人。
159) Aber so viele unter euch sind wankelmütig, weshalb ihr als Unwissende Teile der Wahrheit abschneidet und euch dadurch niederwerft, wodurch ihr oft unverrichteter Dinge vom Bösen umkehren müsst, wenn ihr von der Wahrheit eingeholt werdet.
159) However, so many amongst you are inconstant, which is why you cut off parts of the truth as unknowing ones and debase yourselves thereby, this explains why you often have to turn away from unfulfilled things of evil when the truth catches up to you.
159) 然而，你們中有太多人很善變，索尼你們向無知者一樣將部分真理割裂，並且貶低了自己，這解釋了為什麼你們常常在面對真理的時候會浪子回頭。
160) Es ist allein eure Obliegenheit, euch selbst in Schonung (Güte) zuzuwenden und euch zu Wahrheitswissenden zu machen, wie es auch eure Bedeutung (Belang/Sache) ist, ob ihr euch selbst bestraft, indem ihr Frevler (Verantwortungslose) an der Wahrheit seid.
160) It is your task alone to turn to yourselves in clemency (kindheartedness) and to make yourselves into ones knowing of the truth, as it is also your significance (concern/matter) whether you punish yourselves by being malefactors (irresponsible ones) against the truth.
160) 讓你們自己成為善良的人和知曉真理的人，是你們自己的任務，而你是否通過做一個罔顧真理不負責任的人來懲罰自己，也是你自己的事。
161) Der Urkraft der Liebe (Schöpfung) ist alles, was in den Himmeln (Universum) und auf den Erden (Welten/Planeten) ist, doch ihr seid es, denen es gegeben ist, euch zu vergeben oder zu ahnden nach Billigkeit (Gerechtigkeit).
161) Everything that exists in the firmaments (universe) and on the earths (worlds/planets) belongs to the primal power of the love (Creation), but you are the ones to whom it is given to forgive yourselves or to punish yourselves according to equitableness (fairness).
161) 宇宙中和行星上的每一樣事物屬於創造，但是你們卻是那個依照公正來寬恕自己或者懲罰自己的人。
162) Alle unter euch, die ihr Wissende der Wahrheit und Gerechte (Verantwortungsvolle) und Rechtschaffene (Gewissenhafte) seid, verschlingt nicht Aufschlag (Zins) und Aufschlag auf Aufschlag (Zinseszins), wenn ihr Dargaben (Darlehen) oder Borgen (Leihgeld) oder Beleihung (Pfandgeld/ Bürgschaftsgeld) gebt, sondern verlangt nur Aufschlag (Zins) und Ausgleich in gerechter (statthafter) Weise, auf dass ihr keine Schacherer (Habsüchtige/ Wucherer) seid und auf dass es euch wohl ergehen möge.
162) All those amongst you who are ones who have knowledge of the truth and fair ones (responsible ones) and righteous ones (conscientious ones), do not gobble up a markup (interest) and markup on markup (compound interest) when you give advances (loans) or borrowing (loaned money) or mortgaging (pledged money/surety money) but only demand a markup (interest) and settlement in a fair (tolerable) wise, so that you are not rapacious ones (avaricious ones/usurers) and so that it may go well with you.
162) 你們當中所有那些知曉真理知識，公正，正義的人，當你借錢給，貸款或者抵押貸款給別人時，利息應該適當，不應過高，或者利滾利，這樣你才能活得很好，問心無愧。
163) Fürchtet das Schachern (Wuchertreiberei) und das Feuer des Unwissens, wenn ihr euch von der Lehre der Wahrheit, der Lehre des Geistes, der Lehre des Lebens abwendet und in euch selbst verkommt, indem ihr in euch Lieblosigkeit und Unfrieden sowie Unfreiheit und Ungleichstimmung (Disharmonie) erschafft.
163) Fear rapacity (practising usury) and the fire of unknowledge if you turn away from the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life and become depraved in yourselves by creating lovelessness and unpeace as well as unfreedom and dissonance (disharmony) in yourselves.
163) 如果你背離真理的教導，靈性的教導和生命的教導，當心那貪婪和無知的烈火，你將通過創造出無愛、不和平、不自由、不和諧而使自己墮落。
164) Hört auf die Lehre der Propheten und auf deren Worte der Wahrheitslehre, auf dass ihr in eurem Dasein Huld (Güte) und Milde finden mögt.
164) Listen to the teaching of the prophets and their words of the truth-teaching, so that you may find grace (kindheartedness) and mildness in your existence.
164) 聆聽那先知們的教導和他們真理的話語，這樣你才能夠在你的生活中找到善良與溫和。
165) Und wetteifert miteinander in Beflissenheit (Trachten) nach wahrlicher Liebe und nach Frieden, wie auch nach Freiheit und Gleichstimmung (Harmonie), so ihr allen jenen vergeben mögt, die sich als eure Feinde wähnen, auf dass ihr auf eurer Welt ein Paradies erschafft und euch Ehre und Würde zu eigen sei, wie es durch die Gesetze und Gebote der Urkraft (Schöpfung) vor gesehen ist für euch alle, die ihr wahrheitswissend sein sollt und erhaben über alle Unwahrheit, über alles Unrecht und alles Böse, wie auch über Feindschaft und Schlacht (Krieg), über Hass und Eifersucht, ungerechte (verantwortungslose) Strafe und Marter (Folter), über Rache und Vergeltung und alles, was wider die Richtschnur (Wegweisung/Leitgedanke) der Urkraft (Schöpfung) ist.
165) And compete with one another in assiduousness (striving) for true love and for peace, as well as for freedom and consonance (harmony) so that you may forgive all those who assume they are your enemies, so that you may create a paradise on your world and honour and dignity may be yours, as is planned through the laws and recommendations of the primal power (Creation) for all of you who shall be truth-knowing and raised above all untruth, above all unright and all evil, as well as above enmity and battle (war), above hatred and jealousy, unfair (irresponsible) punishment and ordeal (torture), above revenge and retaliation and everything that is against the guideline (sign-posting/leading thought) of the primal power (Creation).
165) 彼此一同以對真愛、和平、還有自由和諧的熱情，這樣你就可以在地球上創造出樂園，獲得榮耀，收到尊重，這也是造物法則與誡諭為你們計畫的那樣，你們都應直銷真理，拋下虛假、錯誤和所有邪惡，拋下敵意和戰爭，拋下憎恨，妒忌，不公整的懲罰與折磨，拋下復仇等所有與創造的指導背道而馳的東西。
166) Gerechte (Verantwortungsvolle) und Rechtschaffene (Gewissenhafte) seid ihr des Rechtens, wenn ihr den Armen und Bedürftigen Darbringungen (Almosen/Spenden) gebt, ob ihr im Glück oder Unglück seid; und Gerechte (Verantwortungsvolle) und Rechtschaffene (Gewissenhafte) seid ihr auch, wenn ihr keinen Zorn und Hass wie auch keine Rache und keine Eifersucht und auch sonst nichts des Unrechtes in euch aufkommen lasst; und Gerechte (Verantwortungsvolle) und Rechtschaffene (Gewissenhafte) seid ihr auch, wenn ihr Euresgleichen (Mitmenschen) Vergebung bekundet (zollt/entgegenbringt) und ihnen Gutes entgegenbringt.
166) You are rightfully fair ones (responsible ones) and righteous ones (conscientious ones) if you give contributions (alms/donations) to the poor and needy, whether you are in fortunate or unfortunate circumstances; and you are also fair ones (responsible ones) and righteous ones (conscientious ones) if you do not allow any anger and hatred, as well as any revenge and jealousy and anything else that is unright to arise in yourselves; and you are also fair ones (responsible ones) and righteous ones (conscientious ones) if you evince (grant/show) forgiveness to people of your kind (fellow human beings) and show goodness to them.
166) 無論你是富有還是貧窮，如果你們施捨給窮人和需要幫助的人，那麼你們就是正義公正負責的人，也是有良知的人；如果你不讓你心中升起憤怒、憎恨、復仇心、妒忌以及任何不正確的情緒，如果你們能夠寬恕他人，善待他人，那麼你們也是公正負責有良知的人。
167) Und jene unter euch, die ihr eine Untat begeht oder wider euch selbst frevelt, bedenkt eurer Schandtat (Verbrechen) und sucht Verzeihung, auf dass es euch wohl ergehe und ihr nicht wissentlich (bewusst) beharrt in eurem unrechten Tun.
167) And those amongst you who commit a misdeed or an outrage against yourselves, consider your infamous action (crime) and search for forgiveness so that it may go well with you and you do not knowingly (consciously) persist in your unright doing.
167) 但是你們當中那些對自己犯下錯誤的人，請想想你們的罪行，去請求寬恕吧，這樣你們才能過得好，才不會繼續明知故犯。
168) Und gebt ihr Verzeihung euch selbst und allen jenen, welchen ihr Unrecht getan, dann wird euer Lohn ein Garten des Glücks und der Freude sein, in dem ein Strom wahrlicher Liebe und des Friedens wie auch der wahren Freiheit und der Gleichstimmung (Harmonie) fliessen wird; ihr werdet im Garten des Glücks und der Freude weilen, als Lohn eures Wirkens.
168) And if you give forgiveness to yourselves and ask for forgiveness from all those to whom you have done unright, then your reward will be a garden of happiness and joy in which a stream of true love and of peace as well as of true freedom and consonance (harmony) will flow; you will remain in the garden of happiness and joy as the reward for what you affect through your effort.
168) 如果你寬恕自己，並且向所有你傷害過的人請求寬恕，那麼你得到的回報將會是滿園的幸福與歡樂，花園之中流淌著充滿真愛、和平、真正的自由與和諧的小河；你將因為你努力所帶來的結果而留在這幸福歡樂的花園中。
169) Schon vor euch sind durch die wahrlichen Propheten viele Gesetze und Gebote der Erschaffenden (Schöpfung) und dem aus ihr hervorgegangenen Aussehen (Natur) dargebracht und ausgelegt worden, auf dass euch eine Richtschnur (Wegweisung/ Leitgedanke) gegeben sei für euer Dasein und die Führung eures Lebens; also sollt ihr die Lehre der wahrlichen Propheten aufgreifen, so ihr die Erde durchwandert und schaut, dass euer Ende gut sein wird, nicht jedoch wie jene, welche die Wahrheit verlästern (verleumden) und die wahren Propheten der Lüge zeihen (beschuldigen).
169) Before your time, the true prophets presented and explained many laws and recommendations of the creative (Creation) and of the appearance (nature) proceeding from it, so that you may receive a guideline (signposting/ leading thought) for your existence and how to lead your life; therefore you shall take up the teaching of the true prophets so that you wander across Earth and see that your end will be good, not however like those who slander (calumniate) the truth and accuse (blame) the true prophets of lying.
169) 在你之前，真正的先知們已經給出並且解釋了許多造物法則與誡諭，以及它衍生出來的自然法則，讓你們能夠得到怎麼去生活的指導；因此你們應該繼承真正先知的教導，這樣當你在地球上生活，並且能夠保證自己有善終，而不是像那些誹謗真理，指責真正先知說謊的人。
170) Die Lehre der Propheten ist eine klare Darlegung für euch Euresgleichen (Menschen) und eine Richtschnur (Wegweisung/Leitgedanke) und Ermahnung, auf dass ihr gerecht (verantwortungsvoll) und rechtschaffen (gewissenhaft) und wahrheitswissend sein mögt und auf dass ihr alles Unrecht schmäht (ächtet) und nur des Rechtens tut.
170) The teaching of the prophets is a clear explanation for people of your kind (human beings) and a guideline (sign-posting/ leading thought) and admonishment so that you may be fair (responsible) and righteous (conscientious) and truth-knowing and so that you may vilify (curse) everything that is unright and that you may only do what is rightful.
170) 先知們的教導是為你們人類清晰的解釋、指導和勸誡，讓你們可以成為公正負責有良知的人和知曉真理的人，去除惡揚善。
171) Ermattet nicht im Tun des Gerechten (Verantwortungsvollen) und Rechtschaffenen (Gewissenhaften), und trauert nicht um dahingegangenes Übel und Unglück, wie auch nicht um euch angetane Unbilligkeit (Ungerechtigkeit) und alles, was des Unrechtes auf euch gelastet (angetan) wurde; tut allzeitlich des Rechtens und lasst das Vergangene dem Vergessen angehören, auf dass ihr über alles der Vergangenheit obsiegt (Oberhand gewinnt) und keine Wehklagende über das Hingefallene (Vergangene) und Unbeständige (Vergängliche) seid.
171) Do not tire in doing what is fair (responsible) and righteous (conscientious), and do not sorrow about terrible things and unfortune in the past, just as you do not sorrow about inequity (unfairness) that is done to you and everything that is of unright that has been blamed (ascribed) to you; do at all times what is rightful and let bygones be bygones so that you may prevail (gain the upper hand) over everything of the past and not wail over what has come and gone (things of the past) and inconstant (mortal) things.
171) 不要厭倦去做公正負責、有良知的事情，也不要為了過去可怕的不幸而悲傷，就像你不會為了那些發生在你身上的不公和所有錯誤的指責；總是去做正確的事，讓過去成為過去，這樣你就可以克服所有過去的事情，不再為過去的事情而哭泣。
172) Ist euch als Wahrheitswissende eine Wunde entstanden, dann seid gewiss (wissend), dass auch den der Wahrheit Unwissenden ähnliche Wunden entstehen, denn alles wechselt sich ab unter den Euresgleichen (Menschen), auf dass sie daraus ermahnt werden, in Besinnung (bewusst) zu lernen und sich zu unterscheiden vom Getier, das dem Lernen in Besinnung (bewusst) nicht tüchtig (fähig) ist; wahrlich, der Euresgleichen (Mensch) unterscheidet sich von den Tieren und von allem Getier durch seine Fähigkeit des Lernens in Besinnung (bewusst), derweil die Tiere und alles Getier nur lernen durch ihren Trieb (Instinkt) und keiner Gedanken anstellig (fähig) sind.
172) If you as ones knowing of the truth incur a wound, then be certain (knowing) that those who have no knowledge of the truth incur similar wounds, because everything is changing amongst the people of your kind (human beings) so that they may be admonished from this to learn in consciousness (consciously) and to differentiate themselves from animals and other creatures which are not capable (able) to learn in consciousness (consciously); truly, the person of your kind (human being) is set apart from the beasts and from all animals and other creatures by his or her ability to learn in consciousness (consciously) whereas the beasts and all animals and other creatures only learn through their urges (instincts) and are not skilful (capable) of thoughts.
172) 如果像你們這樣的知曉真理的人造成了傷害，那麼你要知道那些沒有真理知識的人，也會犯同樣的錯誤，因為你們人類當中的一切都在變化，這樣他就可以對此引以為戒，去有意識地學習，這樣就和那些沒有有意識的學習能力的動物和其他生物有所區別，因為野獸和所有其他生物只能夠通過本能來學習，而不能夠思考。
173) Seid allzeit treu der Wahrheitslehre und reinigt euch täglich von allen Dingen des Unbilligen (Fehler/Unrechte), das ihr nicht umhinkommt zu tun, um eurer Entfaltung (Evolution) Fülle (Genüge) zu tun, auf dass ihr andauernd gerechter (verantwortungsvoller) und wissender und also weiser werdet, auf dass ihr Zeugen der Wahrheit seid; also sollt ihr alles Unbillige in euch austilgen, indem ihr euch Reinigung davon gewährt.
173) Be at all times faithful to the truth-teaching and cleanse yourselves daily from all inequitable things (errors/ unrights) that you cannot avoid doing in order to bring fullness (sufficiency) to your unfolding (evolution) so that you may be constantly ever more fair (responsible) and knowing and therefore wiser, so that you are witnesses to the truth; therefore you shall eradicate everything inequitable from yourselves by granting yourselves cleansing from it.
173) 永遠忠誠於真理的教導，每天都要淨化自己所有錯誤的事情，這些是你不可以避免的，目的是為了實現你自己的進化，可以保持更加公正負責、知曉真理，並且變得更加有智慧，這樣你就能與真理同在。
174) Wähnt (glaubt) nicht, dass ihr in das Reich der Wahrheit eingehen werdet, dieweil ihr euch noch nicht für sie entschieden habt und ihr euch noch nicht unterscheidet von denen, die offen der Unwahrheit und dem Unwissen zugetan sind; wähnt (glaubt) erst, dass ihr ins Reich der Wahrheit und der Liebe, des Friedens und der Freiheit wie auch der Wohlmut (Harmonie) eingeht, wenn ihr Standhafte in der Befolgung der Wahrheit und deren Gesetzen und Geboten seid.
174) Do not assume (believe) that you will enter the realm of the truth as long as you have not decided in favour of it and you do not yet distinguish yourselves from those who are openly connected to the untruth and unknowledge; assume (believe) only that you will enter the realm of the truth and of the love, peace and freedom, as well as of the harmony if you are steadfast ones in following the truth and its laws and recommendations.

175) Manche unter euch pflegen sich den Tod zu wünschen, bevor ihr ihm in natürlicher Weise begegnet, doch bedenkt, wenn ihr nach ihm ausschaut, ohne dass er aus eigenem Ermessen zu euch kommt, dann seid ihr Frevler (Gesetzesbrüchige) am Leben und an den Gesetzen und Geboten der Erschaffenden (Schöpfung) und an ihrem Aussehen (Natur); wahrlich, sich selbst den Tod zu bringen und in Jämmerlichherzigkeit (Feigheit) der eigene Mörder zu sein, ist töten in Ausartung und wider die Gesetze des Lebens.
175) Quite a few amongst you have the habit of wishing for death before you meet it in a natural wise, but consider that if you look out for it without it coming to you at a time of its own choosing, then you are malefactors (lawbreakers) against the life and against the laws and recommendations of the creative (Creation) and against its appearance (nature); truly, bringing death at one's own hand and being your own murderer in chickenheartedness (cowardice) is killing in Ausartung and against the laws of the life.
175) 你們中不少人有習慣想要在自然死亡之前去尋死，但是請思索，如果你們在死亡該來之前去期盼它，那麼你們就違背了造物法則與誡諭，違背了自然法則；真的，自己了結自己的生命，懦弱地殺死自己是退化的殺戮，是違背生命的法則的。
176) Wähnt nicht, dass ihr sterben könnt nach einer vorbestimmten Frist, denn es gibt keinen Beschluss erdichteter (erfundener) Götter und Götzen, wie lange euer Dasein währen soll; wahrlich, der Tod kommt zu jedem zu seiner Zeit, die bestimmt wird durch die innere und äussere Schickung (Schick sal), wie Alter oder Krankheit, durch Unglück oder Gewalt und anderes, das dem Leben ein Ende bereitet.
176) Do not believe that you may die after a predetermined period of time, because there is no decision by fabulated (invented) gods and tin gods for how long your existence shall continue; truly, death comes to everyone in its own time which is determined by the inner and outer foreordination (destiny), such as age or illness, accident or Gewalt and other things that bring life to an end.

177) And whoever desires the reward of the world, it will be given to them according to their share (merit), and whoever desires the reward of the life, that is obtaining a peaceful death, that human being will receive it in due measure (according to) the unfolding (evolution) of his or her inner world (consciousness).

179) The true prophets decide themselves to carry out their determination (mission) by learning the laws and recommendations of the creative (Creation) and appearance (nature) in order to teach them to you in love and dedication, so that you may lead a good existence and recognise the truth, so that you may create true love and true peace in yourselves and around yourselves, from which true freedom and harmony may arise.

180) Wahrlich, auch die alten wahrlichen Propheten sind vor euch hergegangen, um euch zu belehren und zu lenken, doch ihr habt sie verfolgt und ihr habt ihnen nach dem Leben getrachtet, denn ihr seid nicht umgekehrt und folgt ihnen nicht auf den Fersen (ihr wendet euch nicht der Wahrheitslehre zu); wie ihr aber nicht umkehrt zur Wahrheit und den Ungerechten (Verantwortungs losen) und Unwissenden auf den Fersen (deren Glauben) folgt, so verfolgt ihr weiterhin die wahrlichen Propheten und trachtet ihnen nach dem Leben; bedenkt jedoch, auch wenn ihr die wahrlichen Propheten verfolgt und sie zu töten sucht, so könnt ihr ihrer Lehre der Wahrheit, der Lehre des Geistes, der Lehre des Lebens doch nicht den mindesten Schaden zufügen, da sie allzeitlich von Beständigkeit und also unzerstörbar ist, weil sie als Belehrung hervorgeht aus der Wahrheit der Erschaffenden (Schöpfung) und aus ihren Gesetzen und Geboten; und wahrlich, wendet ihr euch der Belehrung zu, dann werdet ihr euch selbst Dankbarkeit bekunden (zollen) können.
180) Truly, the old true prophets have gone before you to teach you and to guide you, but you persecuted them and you made attempts on their life, because you did not turn around and do not follow in their footsteps (you do not turn to the truth-teaching); but as you do not turn round to the truth and you follow in the footsteps (follow the beliefs) of the unfair ones (irresponsible ones) and the unknowing ones, so you continue to hound the true prophets and make attempts on their life; however, consider that even if you hound the true prophets and try to kill them, you still cannot harm their teaching of the truth, teaching of the spirit, teaching of the life in the slightest wise, because it exists for all time and is therefore indestructible, because it goes forth as instruction from the truth of the creative (Creation) and from its laws and recommendations; and truly if you turn yourselves to the instruction then you will be able to evince (grant) thankfulness to yourselves.

181) Und so manche falsche Propheten hat es gegeben, an deren Seite zahlreiche Scharen für falsche Lehren erdichteter (erfundener) Götter und Götzen und deren Priester und Götterdiener und Götzendiener kämpften, so mit böser Gewalt und im Blutrausch unzählbare Euresgleichen (Menschen) getötet (gemordet) und die anderen in eine Knechtschaft (Hörigkeit) des Glaubens der Schlachtscharen (Kriegsscharen) gezwängt wurden; und wie dies war zu alten Zeiten vor euch, also ist es auch weiterhin so, weil ihr Überzeugte eures falschen Götterglaubens und Götzenglaubens wie auch Gläubige eures Dämonenglaubens seid; und nicht achtet ihr darauf, dass eure erdichteten (erfundenen) Götter und Götzen wie auch deren Priester und sonstigen Götterdiener und Götzendiener, Liebe und Frieden sowie Freiheit und Ebenmass (Harmonie) verkünden, jedoch Rache und Strafe sowie Schlacht (Krieg) und Gewalt und Vergeltung fordern, indem sie die Strafe des Todes und das Töten (Morden) in Schlachten (Kriegen) befürworten und dafür im Namen ihrer Götter und Götzen mörderische Waffen und das Richtschwert zum Vergiessen von Blut Euresgleichen (Menschenblut) salben (weihen).
181) And there have been so many false prophets at whose side numerous crowds fought for false teachings of fabulated (invented) gods and tin gods and their priests and servants of gods and servants of tin gods, in this wise innumerable people of your kind (human beings) were killed (murdered) with evil Gewalt and bloodlust, and others were forced into a servitude (bondage) in the belief of the battle hordes (war hordes); and as it was like this in times of old before you, it continues to be so because you are convinced in your false belief in gods and tin gods as well as being believers in your demoniacal faith; and you do not notice that your fabulated (invented) gods and tin gods as well as their priests and other servants of gods and servants of tin gods are proclaiming love and peace as well as freedom and harmony, whilst however demanding revenge and punishment as well as battle (war) and Gewalt and retaliation by speaking in favour of the death penalty and killing (murdering) in battles (wars) thereby anointing (blessing) murderous weapons and the sword of justice for spilling blood of your kind (blood of human beings) in the name of their gods and tin gods.

182) Wahrlich, wahrliche Propheten sind aufgestanden (in Erscheinung getreten) und haben die Lehre der Wahrheit, die Lehre des Geistes, die Lehre des Lebens gebracht, doch alle jene, welche beauftragt waren, der Propheten Wahrheitslehre niederzuschreiben, entstellten sie mit Fälschungen und Täuschungen und Lügen und also mit erdichteten (erfundenen) Beifügungen und mit falschen Auslegungen und Deutungen (Ausführungen/ Erklärungen), so sie Lügenlehren erschufen; und jene, welche als Obere die Lügenlehren lehrten und befolgten, haben im Namen der wahrlichen Propheten Betrug betrieben und Schlachten (Kriege) zur Verbreitung eines erdichte ten (erfundenen) Glaubens heraufbeschworen; und sie haben die Bittschaft (Fürbitte) der Wahrheit und die Überlie ferung (Chronik/Geschichtsschreibung) verfälscht und ihr falsches Tun den wahrlichen Propheten untergeschoben, auf dass diese für Schlachten (Kriege) und Tode sowie für Gewalt und Zwang und für alle Übel der Schuldigkeit (Verantwortung) pflichtig seien, obwohl sie keinen Anteil an Schlacht (Krieg) und Bluttat (Mord) und Zerstörung und an allen Ausartungen hatten; also aber wird es sein, dass der letzte Prophet aus der Linie des Nokodemion in der Neuzeit mit allen Dingen der Notwendigkeit ausgestattet und in gutem Masse der Schrift kundig sein wird, auf dass er keiner Schreibkundigen mehr bedarf, also er die Lehre der Wahr heit, die Lehre des Geistes, die Lehre des Lebens als Niederschrift im ‹Kelch der Wahrheit› festzuhalten verstehen wird und sie in eigenen Worten der Beständigkeit zuführt.
182) In truth, true prophets have stood up (appeared) and have brought the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life, but all those who were given the task of writing down the prophets' truthteaching misrepresented it with falsifications and deceptions and lies, and therefore with fabulated (invented) additions and with false explanations, in this wise they created teachings of lies; and those who taught and followed the teachings of lies as higher ones committed deception in the name of the true prophets and evoked battles (wars) for spreading a fabulated (invented) belief; and they falsified the petition (intercession) of the truth and the records (chronicle/writing of history) and falsely attributed their wrongdoings to the true prophets so that these may be held to blame (responsible) for battles (wars) and deaths as well as for Gewalt and coercion and for all terrible things, although they did not have any share in the battle (war) and bloody deed (murder) and destruction and in all Ausartungen; therefore, however, it will be that the last prophet from the line of Nokodemion in the new time will be equipped with all necessary things and will be well versed in writing, so that he will no longer need scribes, therefore he will know how to record the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life as set down in the ‹Goblet of the Truth›, and will bring it to permanence in his own words.

183) Do not hesitate, because whatever may happen to you and whatever hits you, you have since time immemorial and now and also in the most distant coming time in your possession the teaching of the true prophets so that you may not become submissive or weak before yourselves and also not before those who believe they are your enemies.

184) And always speak the truth and be the steadfast ones so that you cannot be accused of lying or slander (calumny); and forgive the people of your kind (human beings) their errors as well as their misdemeanours in their conduct, in this wise you may strengthen your and their steps so that peace and concord (harmony) may prevail amongst you.

186) Consider that if you lend your ear to and listen to those who are wallowing in the untruth and unknowledgeness, then the result will be that you will turn about on your heels (deny the truth) and you will be the ones to lose.

187) The prophets are the protectors of the truth-teaching, and you shall be both the protectors of the true prophets and also the protectors of the truth-teaching, not only at the times when the prophets are living but also thereafter, so that the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life may become the guide line (sign-posting/ leading thought) to all peoples of your kind (humankind) for following the laws and recommendations of the primal raising (Creation).

188) Tragt nicht Schrecken in euch, wenn ihr euch von der Unwahrheit und vom Unwissen um die Wahrheit abwendet und euch der Richtschnur (Wegweisung/ Leitgedanke) des Lebens und der wahrlichen Wahrheit zukehrt und ihr euch bedingt (verpflichtet) und wenn ihr der Wahrheit keine erdichtete (erfundene) falsche Lehren unbegründeter (erfundener) Götter und Götzen als Nebenbuhler zur Seite stellt; die Wahrheit erteilt keine Ermächtigung zur Falschheit und Lüge, deren Wohnstatt das Feuer des Bösen ist und die Herberge der Frevler an der Wahrheit.
188) Do not be alarmed if you turn away from the untruth and from the unknowledge about the truth and turn towards the guideline (sign-posting/leading thought) of the life and of the real truth and you commit (obligate) yourselves, and if you do not place any fabulated (invented) false teachings of baseless (invented) gods and tin gods as rivals next to the truth; the truth does not grant any authorisation for falseness and lying which dwells in the fire of evil and is the place of shelter for malefactors against the truth.

189) Wahrlich, die wahrlichen Propheten haben immer ihre Versprechen gehalten, auch wenn etwelche unter euch waren, die sie geschlagen und ihnen mit dem Tod gedräut (gedroht) und sie verfolgt haben, weil ihr im Erkennen und Annehmen der Wahrheit geschwankt und es geliebt habt, der Lüge statt der Wahrheit zugetan zu sein.
189) Truly, the true prophets have always kept their promises even if there were some amongst you who beat them and threatened (menaced) them with death and hounded them because you wavered in recognising and accepting the truth and loved being connected to the lie instead of to the truth.

190) And since time immemorial there have been many amongst you and there remain many amongst you today who ask for this world of the visible but also ask for the world of the invisible in order to test the prophets because you do not want the truth to be true; but the prophets forgive you, because they are kindhearted towards you who are unknowing and do after all want to find the way to the truth.

191) Lauft nicht fort und blickt euch um, wenn die Propheten ihre Lehre hinter euch herrufen, auf dass ihr keinen Kummer leidet und nicht trauern mögt um das, was euch an Bösem und Üblem entgeht, das euch schon vor langer Zeit befallen hat und euch zur Abtrünnigkeit von der Lehre der Wahrheit trieb.
191) Do not go forth and look around you when the prophets are calling out their teaching behind you, so that you may not endure any suffering and may not sorrow about the evil and disastrous things that you will lose which befell you a long time ago and drove you into fleeing from the teaching of the truth.

193) Seit alters her brachten euch die wahrlichen Propheten die Lehre zum Frieden und zur Liebe, nicht jedoch falsche Lehren des Bösen, auf dass ihr Schlachten (Kriege) führen und Bluttat (Mord) begehen und zerstören sollt; wahrlich, viele von euch führen ein Leben, als ob ihr in einem unruhigen Schlummer liegen würdet, in dem ihr durch Angstträume (Albträume/Albdruck) gepeinigt werdet, weil ihr wider die Wahrheit und nur für euch selbst lebt und weil ihr nicht eure Innenwelt (Bewusstsein) zur Entfaltung (Evolution) bringt.
193) Since time immemorial, the true prophets have brought the teaching to you for peace and for love, not however false teachings of evil which call for battles (wars) and bloody deeds (murder) and destruction; in truth, many of you lead a life as if you were lying in a troubled slumber tormented by anxious dreams (nightmares/ incubus) because you are living against the truth and only for yourselves and because you are not bringing your inner world (consciousness) to unfolding (evolution).
193) 自遠古以來，真正的先知們就已經為了和平與愛，給你們帶來教導，而不是像邪惡的錯誤教導那樣要求戰爭，謀殺和毀滅；事實上，你們中很多人像是生活在被焦慮的噩夢所折磨的睡眠中一樣，那是因為你們的生活違背了真理，而只是為了你們自己而活著，也因為你們沒有讓你們的意識得到進化。
194) Wahrlich, ihr denkt fälschlich Gedanken der Unwissenheit und der Unwahrheit, und also habt ihr keinen Anteil an der Ordnung der Dinge, wie sie gegeben sind durch die Gesetze und Gebote der Ausführung (Schöpfung); und auch euch soll die Ordnung aller Dinge eure Obliegenheit (Angelegenheit) sein; und also sollt ihr in der Ordnung aller Dinge das ergründen, was in ihrem Sinn für euch verborgen ist, auf dass ihr verstehen mögt, was die Richtschnur (Wegweisung/Leitgedanke) des Lebens ist.
194) Truly, you are wrongly thinking thoughts of the unknowledgeness and of the untruth, and therefore you do not have any share in the regulation of things as they are given by the laws and recommendations of the Creation; and also the regulation of all things shall be a task (cause) for you; and therefore you shall fathom out in the regulation of all things what of its sense has been hidden from you, so that you may understand what the guideline (sign-posting/leading thought) of the life is.
194) 真的，你們由於缺乏知識，不知曉真理，而有了錯誤的思想，因此你們根本沒有遵守創造給出的法則與誡諭；並且，遵守所有這些規則都應該是你的義務；因此你們應該仔細研究思考從這些規則裡隱藏的含義，這樣你們才能理解生命的指導是怎樣的。
195) Hättet ihr einen Anteil an der Ordnung aller Dinge für euch genutzt, dann würdet ihr nicht Euresgleichen (Mitmenschen) töten, und also würdet ihr nicht stehlen und nicht betrügen, nicht hassen und weder Rache noch Vergel tung üben, wie auch nicht der Eifersucht, nicht den Schlachten (Kriegen) und nicht aller Ausartung verfallen sein.
195) If you had used a share of the regulation of all things for yourselves, then you would not kill people of your kind (fellow human beings), and therefore you would not steal or deceive, you would not hate or practise revenge and retaliation, neither would you harbour jealousy or fall prey to battles (wars) and all Ausartung.
195) 如果你們遵從了一些這樣的規則，那麼你們就不會去殺死別人，也不會偷盜或者欺騙，你們也不會去憎恨或者試試報復行為，也不會心懷嫉妒或者發動戰爭等所有退化的事情。
196) Wärt ihr von alters her bei der Wahrheitslehre geblieben, wie sie euch durch die wahrlichen Künder, die Propheten, gebracht ward, dann hättet ihr euch selbst nicht dazu niedergelassen (erniedrigt), euch durch die Herrscher und Obrigkeiten wie auch durch falsche Propheten und erdichtete (erfundene) Götter und Götzen und durch deren Priester und sonstigen Götterdiener und Götzen diener in Hass und Rachsucht und in Schlachten (Kriege) und in alle Ausartungen treiben zu lassen; wärt ihr von alters her bei der Wahrheitslehre geblieben, dann hättet ihr euch nicht anbefehlen lassen auszuziehen, um Verderben, Totschlag und Bluttat (Mord) und Brandschatzung durch Schlachten (Kriege) und Übertretung (Ungesetzlichkeit) und Frevel (Ver brechen) zu verbreiten und damit den bösen und falschen Ratschlüssen der Antreiber (Anstifter/ Aufwiegler) und Rädelsführer Ausführung zu geben (Folge zu leisten); all zeitlich hättet ihr euch selbst prüfen müssen, um euch den Gewalthabern und sonstigen Gebietern und deren Anführern entgegenzustellen, auf dass ihr sie von ihrem Thron gehoben und sie durch wahrliche Führer eingetauscht hättet; wahrlich, allzeitlich soll das Volk seine eigene Führung sein, wenn es des Rechtens tut, auf dass die Oberen nur des Volkes Beauftragte (Stellvertreter) und ohne Macht über das Volk sind, sondern nur die Ausführenden nach dem Willen des Volkes, denn es soll über sein Wohl und Wehe selbst bestimmen und es nicht durch Herrscher und Gebieter und Obere wie durch falsche Propheten oder durch Priester und Götterdiener und Götzendiener zwingen lassen; also soll jede Obrigkeit durch das Volk berufen sein, so diese in des Volkes Gunst steht und nur als dessen Ermächtigte (Bevollmächtigte) die Bestimmungen (Anordnungen) ausführt.
196) If you had remained by the truth-teaching since time immemorial as was brought to you by the true proclaimers, the prophets, then you would not have lowered yourselves (debased yourselves) allowing yourselves to be driven into hatred and pathological craving for revenge and into battles (wars) and into all Ausartungen by the rulers and authorities, as well as by false prophets and fabulated (invented) gods and tin gods and their priests and other servants of gods and servants of tin gods; if you had remained by the truth-teaching since time immemorial, then you would not have allowed yourselves to be commanded to go out in order to wreak decadence, manslaughter and bloody deeds (murder) and pillage by wars (battles) and transgressions (illegality) and outrages (crimes), thereby complying with (following) the evil and false resolutions of the instigators (fomenters/ hatemongers) and ringleaders; at all times you would have had to prove yourselves in order to stand against the Gewalt-rulers and other lords and their demagogues so that you would have cast them from their throne and replaced them with true leaders; truly, at all times the people shall provide its own leadership if it does so rightfully so that the higher ones are only delegated ones (deputies) of the people and do not have might over the people but are only carrying out the will of the people because it is the people itself that shall decide on its prosperity and adversity and not be constrained by rulers and lords and the higher ones as well as by false prophets or priests and servants of gods and servants of tin gods; therefore, every authority shall be appointed by the people so that it stands in the people's favour and only carries out the instructions (directives) through having been authorised (empowered) by the people.
196) 如果你們自遠古以來就追隨真正先知們帶來的真理教導，那麼你們就不會甘願墮落，被統治者，權威，假先知，虛構的神明偶像以及它們牧師，僕從等的帶入憎恨，病態地渴望復仇以及戰爭等各種退化之中；如果你們自遠古以來就追隨真正先知們帶來的真理教導，你們就不會允許自己被命令到外面去肆意妄為，去做出殺人，發動戰爭，搶劫財物等血腥和犯罪的行為，而這樣你們就服從了那些元兇和煽動者的邪惡和錯誤的意圖；你們應該隨時檢查，目的是如果出現暴君以及其他危險的統治者，你們要反對他們，將它們趕下王座，然後選擇真正的領袖來代替；真的，人民應該永遠推舉的領袖，如果人們正確地這麼做了，那麼居高位者就只是人民的代理，他就沒有淩駕於人民至上的權力，而只是執行人民的一員，因為是人民自身去決定支持或者反對，而不是受到統治者，居高位者，或者假先知，或者神明偶像的牧師與僕從的管制；因此，每一個政權都應該由人民來制定，以保證它服務於人民的利益，並且只執行被人民授權的工作。
197) Möge in euch der Ratschluss ergehen, alles zu prüfen, auf dass ihr alles läutern (klären) mögt, was zu tun ist, auf dass ihr Obrigkeiten nach des Volkes Willen habt, auf dass nicht ihr nach dem Willen der Obrigkeiten seid; als Volk sollt ihr über euer Wohl und Wehe bestimmend sein, unter guter Führung der Lehre der Wahrheit, der Lehre des Geistes, der Lehre des Lebens, die gegeben ist als ‹Kelch der Wahrheit› durch die wahrlichen Propheten aus der Linie des Nokodemion, dem Urvater aller wahrlichen Propheten seiner Linie, die wahre Liebe und wahren Frieden wie auch wahre Freiheit und Wohlmut (Harmonie) lehrten.
197) May the resolution ripen in you that you prove everything so that you may reform (clarify) everything that must be done so that your authorities follow the will of the people rather than you follow the will of the authorities; as a people you shall be decisive for your prosperity and adversity, under the good teaching of the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life which is given as the ‹Goblet of the Truth› by the true prophets from the line of Nokodemion, the originator of all true prophets of his line who taught true love and true peace as well as true freedom and harmony.
197) 請你們深思熟慮，這樣你們就能明確所有需要做的事情，這樣你們的政府才能聽從人民的意願而不是反其道而行之；作為人民的一員，在真理的教導，靈性的教導以及生命的教導，即在Nokodemion這一系列真正先知給出的《真理之杯》的良好教育下，你應該明確你贊成什麼，反對什麼。Nokodemion是傳授真正的愛，真正的和平，真正的自由以及和諧的他這一系列先知們的最初創始人。
198) Diejenigen unter euch, die ihr euch in Feindschaft den Rücken zukehrt, wahrlich, ihr strauchelt gewisser Dinge wegen, die ihr untereinander in Unrecht tut, doch ihr sollt euch nicht in Feindschaft begegnen, sondern einander verzeihen und langmütig sein; wahrlich, es gebührt dem Euresgleichen (Menschen) nicht, Feindschaft wider seinesgleichen zu betreiben, denn sie bringt Qualen und Verderbnis in den Gedanken und in den Eindrücken (Gefühlen) sowie in der Artung (Psyche) und in der Innenwelt (Bewusstsein).
198) Those amongst you who turn your back on yourselves in enmity, truly you are stumbling because of certain things which you do amongst one another in unright, but you shall not meet one another in enmity, rather you shall forgive one another and be forbearing; truly, it is not seemly for people of your kind (human beings) to hold people of your kind in enmity because this brings torments and depravity in the thoughts and in the feelings as well as in the psyche and the inner world (consciousness).
198) 你們當中那些出於敵意，而相互背叛的人，真的是在進化道路上蹣跚而行，因為你們在人們之中所做的那些事肯定是錯誤的，但是你們不應該帶著敵意去對待別人，而是寬恕和忍讓；真的，帶著敵意去對待其他人是不對的，因為這會給思想、感覺、心靈以及意識帶來折磨，使其墮落。
199) Verharrt nicht im Unwissen, so ihr nicht in böser Absicht das Land durchwandert oder in eine Schlacht (Krieg) zieht und ihr nicht Schuld auf euch ladet, so ihr nicht des Sinnes werdet, besser gestorben oder erschlagen worden zu sein, als mit unerträglicher Schuldenqual leben zu müssen.
199) Do not persist in unknowledge so that you do not wander through the land with evil intent or depart for a battle (war) and so that you do not load blame on yourselves or so that you do not come to the sense that it would be better to die or be slain rather than having to live with an unbearable tormenting guilt.
199) 不要固執地停留在無知裡，這樣你就不會心懷邪惡的意圖在大地上徘徊，也不會出征參與戰爭，也就不會讓自己背負罪責，不會讓自己被那種無法承擔的罪惡感折磨地生不如死。
200) Und habt ihr einen Anlass zur Reue infolge einer leichten oder schweren Schuld, die ihr auf euch geladen habt, dann gebt trotzdem dem Leben den Vorrang und erdreistet euch nicht, dem Tod Gefälligkeit zu geben (Vorschub zu leisten), weil ihr in Jämmerlichherzigkeit (Feigheit) für eure Schuld nicht Rechenschaft ablegen wollt; das Leben ist zur Erfüllung gegeben, auf dass es ausgekostet werde in guter Zeit, wenn das Dasein voller Güte und Freuden ist, dass es aber auch ertragen werde in Not und schlechter Zeit, wenn das Dasein schwer zu ertragen und voller Schmerz und Trauer ist.
200) And if you have reason for remorse due to a light or heavy burden of guilt that you have loaded on yourselves, then nevertheless give priority to life and do not presume to accommodate (to abet) death because you do not want to give account for your guilt in chickenheartedness (cowardice); life is given for fulfilment so that it may be savoured in good time when existence is full of kindheartedness and joy, but that it shall also be endured in misery and poor times when existence is difficult to bear and full of pain and sorrow.
200) 如果你們有理由為了你們給自己背負的或輕或重的罪惡而感到後悔，那麼無論如何請以生命為重，不要因為不想為自己的罪惡負責任而怯懦地想一死了之；生命是用來體驗的，因此，當生活中充滿善良和快樂的時候，你要享受它，但當生活中出現困難，痛苦和悲傷時，你也要承受它。
