本次會面是在Billy呼叫了好幾天之下，Semjase才來到SSSC，原因不外是她一直忙於處理一堆事情（包括小組的事務）而不得不封鎖外來的呼叫。
會面前段談到的都是關於小組成員的狀況與某些成員的麻煩事，隨後Billy才說出最近他經歷的一段奇遇；這就是他頻頻呼叫Semjase的重要原因。
後來這段經歷在初步查明之後，才判定最近確實有來自外太空的生物到過地球，而且嘗試與Billy溝通，但由於一時難以溝通而退出，歸納而言，這種生物的訊息如下：
一、他們是一種人類生命形式，是生活在天鵝座的天津四（天鵝座α）恆星系上某個行星上的兩棲生物。
二、他們不善長以語言溝通，而是運用心靈感應的方式與外界交流，而當時由於Billy封鎖了他的思想，於是在溝通無效的狀況下，才以他們很少用的喉音發出“MURG”聲，這後來證實這是要傳達一種和平的訊息。
三、他們的飛行器是一種類似圓筒形，直徑約12公尺的飛船，但配備了某種護盾裝置，使Plejaren的分析儀無效，而無法確定其具體位置。
四、根據判斷，這個生物應該還會再回來與Billy會面；果不其然，就在二十多年後，這位來自天鵝座α星系的兩棲外星人（名叫Asina），她確實於2000年9月26日在Ptaah的陪同下與Billy再度會面，一方面是來道謝一方面來告別。
